The City of Maryland Heights is turning 40! To celebrate their anniversary, they’ll be bringing family fun to Westport Plaza with carnival rides, games, live entertainment, fireworks and more! 

Friday, May 9

  • Carnival rides and games: 6:00 – 9:00 p.m.
  • Outdoor Movie Night: 7:15 p.m. (more details to come!)
  • Fireworks display: 9:30 – 10:00 p.m.

Saturday, May 10

  • Parade: Begins at 10:30 a.m. from the Maryland Heights Government Center and will travel along Dorsett to Weldon Parkway and up Fee Fee Road to pass Westport Plaza.
  • Carnival rides and games: Quiet period (for those with sound sensitivities) – 10:00 – 11:00 a.m., Open to the general public 11:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
  • Opening Ceremony: 12:00 p.m. at Westport Plaza’s greenspace
  • Entertainment: 1:00 – 9:30 p.m., enjoy a variety of performances and live music all day long. More details to come!
  • Fireworks display: 9:30 – 10:00 p.m
